A fundraiser invitation package for then-Former Gov. John Kitzhaber. Kitzhaber was governor of Oregon from 1995–2003. In 2010, he ran for reelection, won, and was sworn in January 2011. The fundraiser was hosted by the Oregon Ambulatory Surgery Center Association.
